Some Information About External Hemorrhoids

Technically, external hemorrhoids originated at the lower end of the anal canal near the anus. It usually occur when there is increased in pressure within the external hemorrhoidal veins. If ever by chance that this veins around the anus become swollen and inflamed, a person may develop some indications such as anal itching, bleeding and even pain. For instance, situations like, pregnancy, obesity and cirrhosis are just some factors that can put extra pressure on the external hemorrhoidal veins. External hemorrhoids symptoms may also include a hard lump around the anus that certainly results when a blood clot forms. This situation is referred to as a thrombosed external hemorrhoid. And compared to internal hemorrhoids which are usually not painful, external hemorrhoids can be quite painful. There are basically several groups of veins that surround the rectum and anus, that generally responsible for the increased pressure within the external hemorrhoidal veins.
